The Quality Assurance (QA) System, briefly represented in the diagram, is the virtuous cycle of planning and control of the activities put in place to ensure the satisfaction of the School’s quality objectives. This assurance is realised through the effective and synergetic implementation of quality policies and their continuous improvement, as a result of the process of analysis, evaluation and revision of activities, processes, procedures and the QA system itself. Quality assurance pervades the entire organisation through the promotion of a culture of quality among all the components of the School’s community.
