Customer satisfaction surveys
The Scuola Normale has been participating for several years in the Good Practice project lead by the Politecnico di Milano. The project, in which twentyfour universities and four Scuole took part in the 2018/2019 edition (the Scuola Normale, the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, the IMT Alti Studi Lucca and the Scuola Internazionale Superiore di studi avanzati di Trieste) aims to identify performance measurement systems of administrative activities in Italian universities.
The customer satisfaction questionnaires involved the entire community of the Scuola: lecturers, fellows, Ph.D students, undergraduate students and technical and administrative staff.
